Jul 02, 2019 · I do have a new ICP OEM sensor, installed it for giggles, and it still doesn't start. I am also measuring RPMs so I assume my crank position sensor is still good. Prior to the new OEM IPR valve the pressure was bouncing between 400 and 700 and the ipr valve was roughly ~22%. Now the IPR valve is %65, and pressure is 230ish.

Codes are engine exhaust valve actuation system oil pressure, brake switch, and engine turbocharger 1 outlet pressure. SPN 4287, SPN 5541 and SPN 597. Any suggestions.
