May 01, 2020 · I'm going to be installing the btr low lift truck cam in my 2003 5.3 and have a couple questions. The drivetrain is stock, stock manifolds, stock y-pipe then 3" the rest of the way through a flowmaster super 50. I just put the BTR stage 2 212/218 in my 5.3 and like it a lot, good power gains everywhere for the most part and revs way better
